What we can't do

• We can't quote rates, pre-approve you, or look up your own loan application — contact your lender.
• We don't change a lender's statistics on request: they come from that lender's own HMDA filing. Lenders who find an error in their filing should resubmit it to their regulator; we update when the public data changes.
• To file a complaint about a lender, use the CFPB complaint portal.
